There are a number of yoghurts on the market but not in line with our kinder, simpler, smarter philosophy, ours is plain, Greek style, whole milk yoghurt, nothing added, nothing removed.
The milk is very white, does not have a strong taste and is packed with vitamins and minerals, and higher protein and fat than many other milks. It is a great alternative for those with dairy allergies.

Labneh is a type of soft cheese made from yoghurt. We make our labneh from our delicious sheep yoghurt, roll it into balls with mediterranean herbs store it in a high quality olive oil. Our labneh is incredibly smooth and morish.
Our Cyprus style halloumi has a high melting point that makes it a highly versatile and totally scrumptious grilling cheese. It is perfect for light summer meals and adding to winter Mediterranean stews.
We have collaborated with local gelato makers to create a beautiful creamy and smooth sheep milk gelato.
